Pet Food Pantry

The Camden County Pet Food Pantry, created by the five animal welfare organizations in the Animal Alliance of Camden County, intends to keep pets with their families by offering food assistance. Owners surrender pets to local shelters regularly, and financial hardship is a common reason for doing so. The Alliance seeks to help Camden County residents keep pets in their homes by providing nutritional assistance to those in need. The only requirement is a need for assistance in providing food for a pet.

COVID-19 Animal Care
Due to the unprecedented challenges we face in the time of COVID-19 Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center has committed to operating our Pet Pantry every Saturday to help the financial burden of pet ownership during this time. We accept drive-up “walk-ins” on Saturdays from 11am to 2pm. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, all donations are on a first come first serve basis. All food packages are received directly and have not had any alterations to their contents. Packages that were damaged are resealed on site. Wearing a mask is required, please follow the directions provided upon arrival.
