Seniors for Seniors

The Seniors for Seniors fee-waived pet adoption program, sponsored by the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders provides seniors over the age of 60 to take home a senior shelter pet. A senior pet is considered over the age of seven and are difficult to find homes. There is no better way to provide a special companionship to seniors.

Pets for Vets

The Pet for Vets pet fee-waived adoption program provides shelter pets to those who served in the military. You can meet with the selected cats or dogs for Pets for Vets adoption program; just look for “P4V” tag.

To qualify for the Pets for Vets adoption program, we will need valid military identification to waive the adoption fee. Veterans who do not have official military identification can go to the office of veteran affairs located on Collier Drive in the Lakeland Complex in Gloucester Township.
